We strive to send your order as soon as possible. You can usually expect your order within a week. Your order will be sent via track & trace so that you can follow the status.
With a registered delivery, the postman asks you to sign for receipt, so we are sure that you have received your order. Post NL usually delivers the next working day. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postman leaves a note for you. The package is then offered again at the same address. If it is the case that you are not at home again, the order will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will receive a note in the box that your order can be picked up within three weeks.
We make every effort to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, but we are not liable for delays, loss and damage due to PostNL or another delivery service.
