If you want to return (part of) your order, you can return it to us within 14 days.
A return can be requested via our shop. This can be done through the following steps:
- Go to my account and log in with your account
- Choose ‘Order history and details’
- Click on 'Details' at the concerning order
- Tick one or more products that you want to return and in the field below the products give a short explanation why you want to return the product(s).
- Then click on 'Request a return'
- As soon as your return request has been reviewed, you will receive more information.
You can also request a return directly with us via our contact form, in the message place the order number and explanation why you want to return the product(s).
You are responsible for the return shipment and the shipping costs are for your own account. We advise you to have your return shipments via TRACK & TRACE from PostNL so that the status and delivery of your shipment can be tracked. When returning exclusive items, we advise you to insure them.
FIEN is not responsible for damage to return shipments and loss of return shipments.
After we have received your return we will send you an e-mail for confirmation and the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days.

We use the following conditions for returning items ordered from us via the E-shop:
- Items created for you on request cannot be returned.
- Items must not be worn or damaged.
- Original labels and sealed bags must not be removed from the articles.
- Earrings: at least one of the two exclusive FIEN earrings must still be in the sealed package to make the article suitable for return.
- Return the item in the original packaging or in another, sturdy packaging to prevent damage.
- You are responsible for the correct and if you prefer insurance of return items via track & trace.
- The shipping / insurance costs are for own account. Franco or COD shipments for the attention of FIEN are never received.
Damaged or incomplete items are NOT taken into account and accepted.
